Kwok Tung Limited guarantees that each pair of shoes is made from leather specified in the product description. Kwok Tung Limited reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including payment verification failure or stock unavailability. When an order is cancelled before shipment, Kwok Tung Limited issues a full refund to the original payment method.
Returns and Refunds
Kwok Tung Limited grants every customer a 14 days unconditional return policy. You may return any purchased product within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason or justification. The 14 days period counts calendar days starting from the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
To initiate a return, you must contact [email protected] within the 14 days window. Kwok Tung Limited provides a return shipping address located at 15/F, Witty Commercial Building, 1A Tung Choi Street, Mong Kok. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging including all accessories.
Refund processing requires at least 14 days from the date Kwok Tung Limited receives the returned product. The refund credit appears in your customer account maintained by Kwok Tung Limited no earlier than 14 days after receipt of return. The actual transfer of funds to your bank account or payment card may take additional days depending on your financial institution.
For PayPal transactions, refund processing requires at least 14 days from the date Kwok Tung Limited receives the returned product. Due to local legal requirements in certain jurisdictions, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Kwok Tung Limited initiates the PayPal refund immediately after the 14 days processing period concludes. Any delay beyond the control of Kwok Tung Limited is attributed to PayPal or local financial regulations.
Shipping and Delivery
Kwok Tung Limited ships products to the address provided during checkout. Delivery time estimates provided on wd27.watchhousesale.com are not guaranteed. Title to products passes to you upon delivery at the shipping address. Risk of loss passes to you at the time of delivery.

Product Warranty
Kwok Tung Limited warrants that each leather shoe product conforms to the material and construction description on wd27.watchhousesale.com at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accident, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repair. Any warranty claim must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Modification of Terms
